We do take every possible care to send healthy plants and best quality products. 

We are very careful with packing and handling our products, however it is the responsibility of the purchaser to promptly unpack, plant and care for the plants and safekeep the products, away from children’s reach. 

Please also research suitability of the products and plants purchased for your area, and read cultivation notes for each variety carefully, as Plantswala will not be held accountable for the care of, or suitability of the purchased products and plants once they leave our premises.
