Refunds & Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products and plants purchased at Plantswala, unless they arrive in damaged conditions. 

Kindly submit within 2 days or 48 hrs picture, video proof with our packing for any such product which is damaged in transit @ planetplants.in@gmail.com. We will refund the amount in 7 days and will notify you over whatsapp, SMS & emails.
