Shipping

We employ three modes of dispatch 

1. Express Same Day Delivery – Via Bike Couriers – This is only valid for customers in Delhi Ncr, Delivery charges have to be borne by the customer him/her self. Kindly note the charges for this same day delivery depends on the weight and size of the parcel and distance from our store.
2. Private Courier – We use best rated courier services for rest of the items, kindly note this delivery depends on the weight and size of the parcel and your location. The time taken could be 2-3 days for nearby cities and up to 7 days for far off areas. All consignments are trackable and messages are sent promptly via the courier service to the customer. 
3. Bulk Orders – This service is available on demand, please email us at planetplants.in@gmail.com for any product needed. (Over 20 Kgs)

Dispatch

We will dispatch your plants and products order as soon as possible. Please note the plants are individually wrapped to ensure safety in transit and this takes time. During busy periods, orders can take up to 4-5 days to process. Please be sure to check your whatsapp, SMS & emails frequently for your dispatch notifications.
